WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

DVDs are shipped within 24 hours of ordering, unless it is a custom order like Session Videos. These may need to be remastered still, from the 2500+ video remastering backlog.  Mizer made a lot of tapes! 

Because we don’t keep stock of clothing items, most of our orders are sent within 3-5 working days of purchase. All products are made when you place an order, with a common practice called Direct-To-Garment . Orders are dispatched on weekdays only; excluding bank holidays. As soon as your clothing order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.

WHAT METHODS OF SHIPPING DO YOU USE?

Most of our orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Media Mail but some ordered are shipped UPS depending on the weight. It's your choice anyway.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY USA

Orders are offered a couple of options for shipping depending on weight of the box. Standard Shipping takes 4-7 days. Priority shipping takes 2-3 days.  Orders of $100 or more receive Free Shipping! International Shipping rates range from $7 to $24 depending on your location. Our free shipping discount doesn’t apply to international orders

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Any customs or import duties are incurred once the package makes it to its destination country. All buyers are responsible for additional charges for customs. Because customs policies vary from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for more information. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
